We are the ones who carry Türkiye's value to the world.
The TU:KUE manifesto sets out, in seven theses, what business leaders who carry value from Türkiye to the world believe and what they intend to do together. It is not a statute. It is a word given.
Every member invited to TU:KUE reads this text and brings it to the table. What is written here is not a set of regulations but the beliefs shared by people who do business together. Each one describes, from its own angle, why this circle exists.
I
Value is created in Türkiye.
A country that sells raw materials grows someone else's value. We sell what has been processed, designed and branded. Every factory built in Türkiye, every line of code written and every product designed adds to this country's weight in the world.
That is why our members are known not only by their export figures but by the added value they create. For us, success is how much of Türkiye is inside what is sold to the world.
II
Borders do not divide us.
Some of us do business in Istanbul, others in London, Dubai or New York. The cities we live in change. Our roots do not.
When a manufacturer in Türkiye and a Turkish entrepreneur abroad sit at the same table, both stand up stronger. One knows production, the other knows the market. TU:KUE exists to join those two kinds of knowledge.
One comes to the table by invitation, and sits by one's word.
III
A word comes before a contract.
The oldest capital in trade is trust. We keep the word we give, and we work with those who keep theirs.
In this circle, reputation comes before wealth. A member's word is the strongest guarantee other members have. Protecting that guarantee is everyone's duty.
IV
Knowledge grows when shared.
We read, we ask, we teach. We do not keep the experience we have gained to ourselves.
We give time so that the next generation of Turkish founders does not repeat our mistakes and can walk through the doors we have opened. The Atabey programme is this belief put into practice.
V
Knowledge first, then the signature.
In a new market, the most expensive mistake is signing before you know who is across the table. We decide on verified knowledge, not on guesswork.
Like Tonyukuk, the wise vizier of the Göktürks, we want to see the whole picture before we decide. That is why TU:KUE Bilge exists.
VI
A mark, not a display.
What defines us is not what we own but the mark we leave. We keep our sense of measure.
We work quietly and let our work speak. Membership is not worn as a title. It is carried as a responsibility.
VII
The ancient lights our way.
We take our name from a record written some fourteen centuries ago, and our spirit from ancestors who worked iron in the Altai.
We carry our history not as a showcase but as a compass. Wherever we are, we know that every agreement and every signature also carries the name of a country.
The word
TU:KUE is the table of those who give this word. One comes to the table by invitation, and sits by one's word. Those who give it carry the same responsibility to one another and to Türkiye.
